Primeira: Promoção, Protecção e Defesa de Direitos Humanos
Nesta dimensão, o foco da organização incide sobre:
- Advocacia para uma cultura de Direitos Humanos no país;
- Advocacia para o respeito e proteção de Direitos Humanos;
- Litigância estratégica para a protecção de Direitos Humanos dos grupos vulneráveis;
- Assistência legal para a protecção dos Direitos Humanos dos grupos vulneráveis.
Segunda: Resiliência ao Fechamento Democrático
Nesta dimensão, o foco da organização incide sobre:
- Mobilização para acção colectiva em prol da democracia, acompanhando os desenvolvimentos a níveis local, provincial e nacional;
- Encorajamento e articulação com actores públicos e da sociedade civil em prol do desenvolvimento democrático;
- Pesquisa e publicação do Relatório Anual sobre Democracia e Governação como parte das celebrações do Dia Internacional da Democracia, a 15 de Setembro
Terceira: Coesão Social em Mozambique
Nesta dimensão, o foco da organização assenta na abordagem transformacional ancorada na liderança da juventude. Esta abordagem operacionaliza-se em três esferas:
- Fortalecimento da relação entre a juventude, o Estado e o sector privado para sistemas políticos mais inclusivos;
- Promoção de maior acesso a oportunidades socioeconómicas e ferramentas de cuidado ambiental para os jovens para um desenvolvimento sustentável e inclusivo;
- Acções de peacebuilding assentes nos jovens para a promoção de direitos humanos, resiliência comunitária e acesso à justiça.
A operacionalização destas três esferas está directamente ligada ao desenvolvimento das acções do pilar de Liderança da Juventude e Justiça de Género através da Academia de Liderança Transformacional (TLA), Youth Hubs (YHs) e Policy Dialogues. Este programa define a lógica e a estratégia de intervenção para uma importante iniciativa liderada pela sociedade civil e apoiada pela SDC para fortalecer a coesão social no norte de Moçambique.
