The CDD welcomes you to the graduation ceremony of 30 young people trained during the first edition of the Transformational Leadership Academy, whose face-to-face phase – Do Camp – took place from the 21st to the 25th of November, in the city of Pemba.

The Transformational Leadership Academy is an initiative that forms part of the Social Cohesion Program in Northern Mozambique and seeks to place youth and leadership at the center of socioeconomic and democratic transformation and development in Mozambique.

The 30 young people (15 men and 15 women) were selected in the provinces of Nampula, Niassa, and Cabo Delgado, and received training in Values ​​and Skills of National Transformational Leadership, Economic Leadership, Civic and Community Leadership, Democratic Leadership for Development, and Leadership in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.

The graduation ceremony will be attended by several personalities, with emphasis on the Governor of the Province of Cabo Delgado, Dr. Valige Tauabo; doctor Jean Mathieu, representative of Swiss Cooperation; doctor Siphosami Malunga, Open Society Foundation Africa; Dr. Emma Theofelus, Deputy Minister of Information, Communication and Technology of Namibia.
